From Athens and other towns or cities there are daily shuttles which connect with the boat to Ithaca from Patras-Kylini-Astakos-Lefkada and Kefalonia.

By plane and ship
You can reach the airport of Argostoli in Kefalonia or Aktio in Preveza and take a ferry to Ithaca.

During the summer months there are a lot of charter flights to Argostoli and Aktio airports.

By helicopter
There is a heliport at the village of Anogi.
